A Team shall be eligible to participate in a WSWSA Season upon completion of the following items by that Season’s registration deadline:
- Submission of a completed registration form to the WSWSA Registrar
- Full payment of that Season’s registration fee
- Payment of any outstanding Team fines
Registration fees vary for each Season depending upon the number of matches played, and the costs of the fields and referees. The base registration fees are set when the annual budget is adopted at the Annual General Meeting and can be adjusted mid-year by the Executive Board per the Bylaws.
Teams that submit their registration form, pay the registration fee or any outstanding Team fines after the Season’s registration deadline, will be placed on a waiting list for their Division. Teams will be added to the Division as space is available in order of placement on the waiting list.
Every effort will be made by the WSWSA Registrar to include all eligible Teams and Teams on the waiting list each Season. However, should there not be enough space Teams on the waiting list may not be included for that Season, or if there are not enough Teams a Division may be cancelled for that Season.
WSWSA reserves the right to reject any Team seeking to participate in any Season.
